Three kilometers after the cosmopolitan and lively Parga lies the picturesque and hospitable village of Anthousa. Right above the village square and below the imposing castle of Ali Pasha is the PargaMondo guest house.

It is a building with picturesque arches, which brings together all the features of the traditional architecture of Epirus: the stone, the wood, the marble, the simple decorative lines.

PargaMondo comes from the paraphrase of the word bergamot. It is an amazingly nutritious citrus fruit with a fresh aroma. Bergamot thrives in the wider area of Parga, which the locals make a dessert or jam.
